Guests appreciate the spacious rooms and the convenience of a good breakfast, often enjoyed at the nearby Hotel Polonia. While some have mentioned occasional noise from trams, the hotel's proximity to the shopping mall and the train station for airport transfers is a definite plus, as are the chimney cake and crepe stands right across the street.

a mixed experience with some issues

the location was good. it was near the train station and helpful staff are at the front desk.

the room had a horrible smell. i dont think the cleaning service was done properly before our check in. also, we had the same one key for three doors like the entrance and room door what gives zero safety. we had to go to the reception of the next hotel so that we could get our keys.

convenient stay near the train station

clean apartment friendly staff convenient location

The apartment was quite clean upon arrival. The staff seemed friendly at check-in and check-out. I liked that the location was close to the city center. I also appreciated the short walk to the big mall where i bought some groceries.

I noticed too much noise . I heard the trams starting around 5:00 am. Closing the windows did not significantly reduce the noise inside the room.

Solid Stay Close to Everything

central location good breakfast friendly staff

the location was really central. it was an easy walk to the historic center and also railway and bus stations. the breakfast had good variety (i especially liked the fresh pastries!). the staff were friendly and helpful with directions.

i had to go to the hotel next door to check in, a bit inconvenient. there were also several stairs to climb without a lift.

the reception at the hotel seemed to manage the hotel well. the staff were very friendly. i needed to print some documents, and the staff handled my request quickly and efficiently (it was much appreciated).

Fantastic Stay in the Heart of It All!

perfect location friendly staff super clean room

The location could NOT be better! I was near everything, just a short walk to the main attractions. The staff were friendly and very helpful during my whole stay. My room was super clean with very useful amenities.

The noise from the trams at night was definitely noticeable. Even with the windows closed, I could hear them, a little hard to fall asleep. I suggest asking for a room away from the street if you are sensitive to noise!

The front desk staff offered prompt and helpful assistance with directions, recommendations, and any requests I had. Check-in was smooth, and I felt welcomed by the team, who were always smiling and ready to help with anything that I needed.

charming stay near everything!

great location breakfast choices friendly staff

I loved the location because it was super close to the train station and the city center. breakfast at the adjoining hotel had many choices i did enjoy (especially the pastries!). the staff was very friendly and helpful . They answered all my questions.

the room faced the street, and trams passed very frequently. sleeping became difficult because of that vibration and loud sounds.

the room was clean and included tea and coffee supplies, however there was no milk. daily cleaning service kept everything tidy throughout my stay. the room was warm even in december (good!).
